Our phases are specifically tailored to match your requirements and will incorporate that Telco knowledge that your own business has gathered, increasing the speed of the process.

PHASE 1 - ANALYSIS

In order to reduce and manage costs, you must first understand how and why they are generated. This phase can include:

  • Obtaining your billing data (whether in hard copy or electronic format)
  • Extracting the data into our our analysis framework
  • Preparing meaningful reports showing how costs are generated
  • Making comparison with your proposals or other carrier plans.
PHASE 2 - BENCHMARKING AND COMPARISONS (TENDER)

We can start to determine what a "good" plan or deal should actually look like for your organisation by:

  • Benchmarking your costs against the market
  • Demonstrating the savings of a well designed plan
  • Preparing a framework to attain these costs
  • Issuing and managing a competitive tender
PHASE 3 - AGREEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

The last phase is always to finalise the pricing structure and demonstrate, through reports, how a client's options will affect their costs. Once all parties are agreed on the pricing, the structure, the SLA's and other detail, we then oversee the implementation of the solution. We will also provide follow-up auditing to ensure compliance. Also, we can provide audit and compliance support on an ongoing basis.
