The ACCC may finally bring down the hammer on Telco Hardware Bundling Deals, such as those with PABX, Plasma, Photocopiers and other office equipment.
The Full Circle Group has for many years conducted audits of these plans and they almost always represent a very bad long term deal for businesses. In fact, over the last 3 years, we have had an increasing number of requests from disgruntled businesses to help them "get-out" of these contracts as they end up being costly and the service non-existent.
It may be the case that the ACCC may come to the aid as a large question mark looms over these bundled deals.
