Auditing Fact; 98% of carrier bills contain errors
If you have ever wondered whether your carrier billing is 100% correct, then you should conduct an audit.
Your carriers should not conduct your audit, they are not independent and are incentivised on spend, not your savings. Also, an internal spot check is not an audit and will not create ongoing carrier compliance.
Our auditing process thoroughly checks every single item within your billing data. We then compare each item against your carrier contract to highlight any discrepancies.
Overcharging on bills are costly and easily avoidable, and can extend up to 18% of telco costs. If overcharging is present, the resulting claim can quickly yield a credit returning thousands of dollars.
Our expert team does the work for you, providing the claim framework and assisting in the management and resolution of carrier claims.

The Client Results
