Tony Simmons founded The Full Circle Group in 2004 with a modest objective: save every client money on their telecommunications and always remain completely independent of the carriers.
As a lawyer for British Telecom and Telstra, Tony saw that most businesses overspent because they could not make accurate assessments of carrier pricing, nor could they effectively understand or manage the monthly mass of telco billing information. The opportunity seized by The Full Circle Group was to build smart software that interprets and compares complex telco pricing and contracts, and provides users with an effective reporting interface that simplifies telco expense management.
Michael Norster joined The Full Circle Group as Chairman in 2007. Michael had previously founded Powerdirect, of the Australian Energy group of companies and was Chairman of Sydney Gas. Michael’s experience with software that improved client’s purchase prices in other utilities aligned us with the knowledge and values that enabled us to deliver on our software and client objectives.
